Robert
Parker: The 2008 Botani is 100% Moscatel de Alejandria fermented 70% in
stainless steel and 30% in French oak. Medium straw-colored, it has an
alluring perfume of spring flowers, honey, spice box, and tropical
fruits. Smooth-textured, ripe, dry, and mouth-filling, this expressive
effort is an excellent match for sushi and Thai food.
Jorge
Ordonez & Co., located in the village of Almachar in the mountains
high above Malaga, is the collaborative effort of Jorge Ordonez, his
family and the world famous Alois Kracher from Austria. The vineyards
were chosen because of their advanced age, the unique red slate soils
& perfect micro-climate. A perfect expression of a dry Malaga wine,
bright citrus aromas with exotic spiciness on the palate. This is the

Vina Santa Rita Cabernet Sauvignon Medalla Real Reserva Especial Single Estate 750ML

Wine
Spectator: Ripe and concentrated, with a broad swath of macerated
currant, fig paste, espresso, loam and black licorice notes all carried
by dense but integrated tannins. The finish lets sage and mint notes
chime in. Best from 2010 through 2012. 40,000 cases made. -JM
Robert Parker: The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Medalla Real is opaque
purple colored with a nose of cedar, spice box, blackcurrant,
blackberry, and pencil lead. Savory flavors are buttressed by ripe
tannins that should allow this tasty wine to evolve for 3-4 years. It
will be at its best from 2012 to 2021.

The wine is full bodied and lustrous ruby red. Its enticing aroma is a
bouquet of ripe red and black fruits mingling with tar and menthol
undertone, exquisitely balanced by wood notes evoking vanilla and
toast. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, in the mouth, its
vigorous flavor, ripe tannins and majestic body conclude in a complex
