Wine maker notes
Winemaker: Tariro Masayiti
The different cultivars were vinified separately. the grapes were harvested by hand and machine at between 20 and 22 degrees Balling during January to mid-February. They were crushed, pressed, settled to clarify for 36 hours at 10 degrees Celsius. Following the completion of alcoholic fermentation, the wine was racked off the fermentation sediment. Once all the proposed components of the blend were racked, the Lyric blend was made and then stabilized before bottling.
