A spicy blend of flavours on the nose and palate. White Pepper, Cloves and bramble fruit with a hint of vanilla carry from the first sniff to the last swallow. Ripe red fruits including raspberry, ripe plum and cranberry confit remain on the aftertaste for a long period.

Good bright dark red. Liqueur-like aromas of berries, pepper, wild herbs, licorice and mint. A supple, spicy fruit bomb on the palate, with a slightly stewy and distinctly southern quality countered by strong, somewhat spiky acidity. Finishes with light tannins and notes of woodsmoke and leather. This should match well with spicy dishes or pepper-encrusted meat.
