Nice pale colour, with gold-green hints and small, persistent bubbles. This is a very pleasant wine. It expresses the richness and delicacy of the Chardonnay grape. This elegance is reflected in the bottle, which is adorned with a stylish silk-screen label.

Wine maker notes

After manual harvesting the grapes are whole-cluster pressed with stems included. This wine is produced using a selection of juices from the first, light pressing (known as the heart of cuvée). After second fermentation in bottle, the wine is aged more than 30 months. Disgorgement follows. The wine is aged two additional months before shipment. Medium-Bodied & Very Elegant.
