Our Shiraz has a dark and inky garnet color with a nose of ripe plums and blackberry jam. It follows with a full palate of creamy fruit, mocha and just a touch of black pepper that lingers. It is reminiscent of a chocolate mocha and blackberry cupcake.

Wine maker notes

The grapes were carefully selected from the vineyards to ensure the best quality. The grapes were then gently crushed and underwent a long, slow fermentation, extra skin contact for flavor extraction. The wine underwent a malolactic fermentation and was then oak-aged, creating the supple tannins and smooth creamy finish.

Enjoy with spicy short ribs, Cajun catfish or steak au poivre.
