Soft, round and spicy wine. Situated in the south east of Spain, a region with plenty of sunshine.
Taja is different from the other wines of the region, as it is made with the skill and know-how used in Bordeaux. The result is a smooth tasting, full bodied and highly aromatic wine with concentrated fruit flavors and a solid base of natural tannin.
|Serve at room temperature with red meat and cheese.
