Pale yellow with a hints of gold. The nose is quite seductive, opening with panache on notes of pear, verbena herbal tea, a touch of mango and rose.
Allowing the wine to breathe brings increased crispness with touches of peppermint and notes of tropical fruit. On the palate, the attack is frankly crisp but with an elegance achieved by hints of pear, mango and Turkisk delight. The presence of sugar is inhibited by the acidulous depth that gives this wine its superb balance.
