This Pinot Gris is best with food. Rich and rounded, although still dry, it is ideal with terrines, white meats and fish in sauce. Of all the Alsace varieties, Pinot Gris has the greatest aging potential.
|"Pale straw-yellow. Stone fruits, butter, flowers and a whiff of goat cheese on the expressive nose. Pliant and moderately sweet; not yet complex but has shape and grip. This nicely concentrated fruit bomb finishes with a firm edge."
