The grapes consist of 90% Montepulciano grapes and 10% Sangiovese grapes.
From selected grapes grown in the hills of the Abruzzo Region, which abuts the Adriatic Sea just south of the Le Marche Region.
Fermentation in steel tanks contact with the skins take place over 10 days followed by malolactic fermentation and then refinement in the bottle for several weeks before releasing. |

| Montepulciano d`Abruzzo is one of the most widespread native varieties of Italy, mainly along the Adriatic coast. It is appreciated for its full, mellow qualities due to its low acidity. The production area for this excellent wine stretches along most of the coastal foothills of Abruzzi and back into the mountains along the valley of the Pescara river. |
