Our 2010 Aquinas Pinot Noir has a balanced bouquet of plum, blackberry and toasty vanilla, with floral notes of violet and Jasmine. Rich and full flavors of raspberry, peach skin and roasted walnuts rounded out with burnt
caramel notes through the finish. This wine is medium bodied and fruit forward with nicely integrated acidity creating a versatile wine with depth.
