From the historic Brogliano vineyard, where the silt-clay soils produce grapes of outstanding quality

|Hand harvested in October. The grapes undergo a cold pre-maceration for 30 hours followed by 15-20 days of maceration at 53°F. Fermentation takes place in wood barrels at 78-82°F.
Aged for 12 months in tonneaux followed by 16 months in larger barrels. The wine is then matured for another 10 months in bottle.
