L.A. Cetto Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented for 15 days and then aged one year in oak barrels and 6 to 8 months in bottle.
Grilled steaks and beef dishes along with tomato based pastas, or semi-soft cheeses.
Best served at 16°C.
Founded by Angelo Cetto, history says that Cetto started the wine business in 1928, bought a number of small wineries in the 1980, and now he is responsible for more than half of the country’s wine. Cetto cultivates 2,500 acres of vineyards in Baja California; also tequila and olive oil.
